2 months after service, my plumbing problem has gone. I don't know how long. So far, the best service i have ever had. Friendly staff, great call center, good price. What else would you want?

Quick and efficient. Couldn't have fathomed getting this job done that quickly.

Service was fast and efficient. The serviceman arrived on time. My only complaint is the huge increase in price. $349 + tax is outrageous. The last time I had this done in 2000, it was around $80. What justifies the increase??? My location 2401 36th Ave West Seattle, WA 98199

Patrick was at our house within an hour of our calling for help dealing with a leak in an under ground water pipe. He quickly dug a hole until he found the problem, went for parts, made the repair, and filled in the hole in no time. He was professional and efficent. Would call Roto-Rooter agian, and hope they send Patrick back!

We had water backing up in our showers and with a house full of kids that just wasn't a good situation. I called Roto-Rooter and within a couple of hours they were able to make it to our house and with in an hour they had cleared the drain lines and our life was back to normal. I would recommend them if you have similar issues.
