We have used Tech Team several times over the past 8 years or so and have always been mightily impressed with their fast and expert service and very fair pricing. Our machines were totally screwed up last Thurs. and Ed, their VERY expert head technician, was here by 10 AM Sat. to fix everything better than before. I'm in a large condo in Washington Park and Tech Team, after helping others in the bldg., is now on our list of preferred repair outfits. If your computers need help they're the ones to call.

I'm just blown away by how Tech Team Seattle handled my situation. I had an unusual printer/network problem that required a lot of bending over backwards on the technician's part. He refused to give up and ultimately got everything working again. He also could have charged me a lot more than he actually did. Definitely a company with integrity.

When I could not get hold of my usual techie I started calling all the local companies I could find. They all looked alike on paper, but TechTeamSeattle was by far the easiest to talk to on the phone. They understood what was going on and didn't make me feel stupid, even though the problem I had was EASILY fixed by the brilliant young gentleman they sent me. I was only expecting to get my computer fixed, but instead - on top of that - I have found a new on-site computer repair company who I will call on from here on in.

I had an emergency and no one else was picking up their phone. Tech Team Seattle was the one computer repair company that was able to help me and they got me a technician the same day I called. I am absolutely thrilled and would recommend them to EVERY one!

Last week I needed on-site computer repair help with some internet issues. I called a few companies but then kept going right into the voicemail. The only people who answered their phones were Tech Team Seattle. I was impressed that they sent such a good technician on a Sunday night and didn't even charge extra for service on a weekend. They could have and I would have paid it because they fixed the problem very quickly and I've had no issues since.

My husband and I have been relying on Tech Team Seattle for every computer need for the past year. They take customer service to a whole new level. The girl on the phone is so attentive and I have never seen such a nice young man as the technician she sends all the time. If you need to call on someone for computer help, these are your people.

I just love these guys. It's been nearly a year since I first called TechTeamSeattle and they have never failed me. I'm one of those "older" guys who'd rather not deal with these machines at all, but I have to and I don't want to feel like a moron in the process. I tried a lot of computer service companies before I found TechTeam and I stick with them because they get the problem fixed FAST and I always manage to learn something new while they're here.

Very good Customer Service and Expertise; most importantly, Honest Folks –they could’ve charge me more than they did.
