They send you defective unit and if you install it warranty is void.Bought PID for my $800 coffee maker and installed.After first turn on there was incorrect reading so machine work but software or something is wrong but they said because i installed(yes i want to install it) Warranty is void. What a joke. Shame on you

I was honestly having some trouble finding a quality espresso machine in my price range until i found Seattle Coffee Gear.
