I went to Sno-king counseling over a year ago for a mental health evaluation and counseling services. Julia Sather was my therapist. In the course of my visits setting appointments was very difficult, their office hours are whenever they want them to be. Julia also contacted several of my friends and family (as part of her report, character references etc...)One was my mother, my mother was very upset with how she was treated and was very snippy and short tempered. I completed my counseling and evaluations and given a clean bill of health $1200 later. fast forward 1 year later. I called Sno-king two weeks ago requesting the report Julia wrote and any information pertaining to my evaluation and therapy sessions. Phones always forwarded to voice mail, I left Carmen Ortiz a voice mail requesting a call back... Days later a callback, Carmen told me she will take the full message with my request to obtain information and have her call me back, supposedly in 1 business day... 3 days later i leave Julia a voice mail... no callback. well all in all i placed numerous calls left messages no call back, I visited their office last week I was sent home empty handed. More calls, fin ally a voice mail from Julia saying I would need to come in a sign off on release of my file. I went to their office again (20 miles away) and was greeted by Carmen Ortiz extremely rude told me to "take a seat" and Julia will be with me. Then she advised me I had to make an appointment to get the paperwork, I got heated and told Carmen to get Julia. Standing by the door Julia comes out almost hitting me and said "you wanna move" very abrupt and downright angry. She was visibly upset and yelling at me stating she would "call the cops" "you can't come in here demanding" I told her my attorney would be in contact and she immediately said she would mail the documents to me. She told me not to come back... Extremely unprofessional. She did this in front of another one of their clients. I still haven't received my paperwork

Very unprofessional practices. Assumption of individuals way off and Pass judgment too easy. Rather than assisting an individual with needs and concerned, they turn it around and use things against you without guidance.
