In June of 2013, I went to the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery to get my deviated septum fixed, my hump brought down, and some turbinate reduction. We did everything they asked us to. Filled out countless papers, got a CT scan, everything. They said they'd get back to us when our insurance pre approved everything. After about a month or two from not hearing from them, we tried emailing to see if everything was still okay. THEY HAD CHANGED THEIR EMAIL. We called, and apparently, one of their workers who was working on my case, quit their job, and they said they would "work on it right away". SIX MONTHS LATER, we decided to go to the first doctor I went to here in Yakima, Wa, who referred us to the GOCS. We requested the CD that my CT scan was on from the GOCS, and they sent it about a week later, and WE had to pay twenty more cents for the shipping! I'm getting my surgery tomorrow, and NOT by Dr. Jonov or with his workers, THAT'S for sure! Pathetic customer service that doesn't stick to their word!
