It was really great getting to know you all and work with such solid, Christian people. It's good to know that the people you deal with can be trusted and have the kind of character that is dependable even when tensions, opinions and problems come up. And the side conversations about the Church were encouraging too. Thanks again for your trust, the work and a surprisingly great working experience for me.

We had an undetected leak from our refrigerator's ice maker that ruined our wood kitchen floor before we noticed it. This happened just two weeks before we were to leave on an extended vacation. Wright Way responded immediately when we called them and started our restoration project within hours of our call. In fact Wright Way handled the entire project for us even while we were on our trip. They did a great job! We hope we never have to go through this again, but if so, Wright Way would be our first call.

Daniel and the other people at Wright Way were fantastic. We had a burst pipe that flooded our family room in the middle of December. Daniel came out on a weekend and spent 2 long days getting the dry out underway. He was able to get our family room to the point where we could use it during the holidays and was very good about working around our holiday schedule. The rebuild process was quick and the work was of high quality. Everything is back to exactly how it was prior to the flood. Daniel is extremely thorough and was constantly checking any work that had been done to ensure that it was done properly. He explained the entire process up front and as we went along and also documented everything that was done. He was even able to help us with dealing with our insurance company. Daniel and all of the people from Wright Way were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.

I gladly recommend Wright Way Cleaning and Restoration to others. I am a renter and when my apartment flooded, the property owner had Wright Way Cleaning and Restoration come out to my place. An exterior water hose had been unknowingly left turned on right outside my unit. After several days of water constantly running, the water came into my apartment and completely saturated the carpets and floors and well as behind the kitchen walls, cabinets and storage area. I was surprised that the owner, Daniel, came out within the hour on a late Sunday afternoon. When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation and was extremely informative about the damage that had occurred, what precautions should be taken and how to move forward immediately to minimize the damage. He and his crew were very careful to neatly protect my personal belongings and showed the utmost care and consideration for the unpleasant situation I was having to deal with. After resolving the cause of the water damage and drying the entire place out, Wright Way handled all of the repairs and restored my apartment to a better condition than it had been in before the place flooded. The entire process was fairly fast and very efficient. I was thoroughly impressed by the prompt emergency services and highly professional manner that Daniel and his team conducted themselves with from the beginning until the very end of this project.

We had some unfortunate water damage in our kitchen and Wright Way Cleaning & Restoration was referred to us by our plumber, and we cannot be more pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and work ethic that Daniel Wright and his team showed. He arrived immediately to do an initial assessment of the damages. He worked directly with our insurance company and made that entire process headache free. Daniel came to our house when the insurance adjuster visited, providing all of his documentation and photos in person. He helped us understand what we should expect from our insurance company in terms of covered items. Once that was complete, Daniel dispatched his team to start the cleanup and dry out process. They took special care to make sure that our cabinets and counter were saved. All of our belongings in our kitchen were carefully packed into boxes. They sealed off our kitchen for the dry out. Once the rebuild started, he took time out of his schedule to help us pick out flooring and tile. The rebuild process was very fast and it looks much better than before. Through every step of the process, he educated us on the specifics of the work being done and was always available for any questions or concerns. We truly felt that we were in the best hands possible.

Daniel has cleaned my carpets and upholstery many times. He is a very hard worker and stays until the job is done very well. He spent a long time cleaning my loveseat. It looks so nice. My carpets also look very nice. Daniel enjoys talking to people and is very friendly. Daniel was to be at my house at 1 PM. He called to tell me he was running a little late. In his line of business, I know those things can happen. I appreciated his call. He arrived at 1:30 PM and worked very hard until everything looked very nice. I will use him again. Cathy Bean

I used Wright Way to mitigate damages in my family room ceiling caused by plumbing problems in an upstairs shower. Wright Way came promptly, took complete charge of the project, regularly monitored the drying out process, arranged for the necessary subcontractors and kept us well informed of all that was being done. The result: no one would ever know there was a problem. I couldn't rate them more highly both in terms of results and ease of working with them. If I ever have a problem again in the future, I will most certainly go back to them!

I had my carpets cleaned last week. I have used Wright Way several times. Daniel is an incredibly hard and fast worker. He does an amazing job, makes the carpets look brand new again, even though they are 25 years old. He is honest, and fair in his prices. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. You wont be disappointed.

This is the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. The carpet is beautiful and looks like new (and its' not!!). But what really impressed me was the extra care that Daniel took- he put "bumpers" up to protect the corners of the furniture and cabinets. He gave us shoe covers so that we could walk on our carpet right away- Plus he has a cleaning system and equipment that do an extra special job of cleaning and extract almost all of the water.I had the carpet done late yesterday afternoon this morning it's almost completely dry!
