This place really does not deserve any stars at all.

They are so unprofessional, no customer skills whatsoever, no responsibility and no apologies for their mistakes.They are plain RUDE!

They were suppose to provide the Tuxedos for my boys for a Quinceanera. The 2 out of the 3 tuxedos did not fit correctly.

I waited for about 30 minutes for another fitting and measurements and was instructed to return the next day for pick up.

Well on pick up day the "Chambelan" of honor tuxedo coat was missing the buttons. I asked about it and I was told to wait about an hour if I wanted another coat which was to be delivered. Needless to say, I took time off from work for this and I still needed to help with the decorations for the Quinceanera the next day. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience and was told " There will be no discounts here!

as a matter of was asked to take it or leave it.

********* I was upset and waited for an hour for the coat, no apologies, discounts or anything, Just rudeness from everyone there.

I would not recommend anyone go there if you want to have a memorable party.
