In 1986, while pastoring the First Christian Church of Lynwood, we discovered was a community suffering profound, agonizing needs; a community ravaged by gangs, drugs and violence. We began to explore how we could use the resources of our congregation to impact the downward spiral of our community.

This organization is very unprofessional. I am a former employee who has had the misfortune of working under Ms. Willie Cartwright and the founders The Harris's. I have never been paid on time. I was given a memo that stated that it was legal to pay their employees 10 days after the original pay date but this never happened.

Professionally, we are working with very private documents but are not given desks, files or offices that will allow us to lock up our clients paper work. We are often out of compliance.

the director whom is the supervisor is hardly in the office and delegates her responsibilities to her assistant, Mrs. Nunez. If you are happen to get any training from the director you will soon become confused and given the wrong information.

Unfortunately, the Founders and the Director are close friends so complaining to either one of them doesn't change anything.

This is by far THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL organization I have ever worked for. So if you're looking for a job with some stability, THIS ISN'T IT.
