So my daughter took her 2004 Volkswagen Passat in to Chito's and she spoke with the owner she explained her car was leaking oil. So they told her they were going to change pan. He did with a Spectra VWP22A that cost 92 dollars. He used the wrong screws and bolts and used styrofoam around the pan so it does not leak. Well the oil pump sucked the styrofoam into the oil and ruin the oil pump. Because the screws are the wrong ones they are also leaking. The oil leaked so bad it dripped into the turbo and ruin the turbo also. It came out worst than it went in. He charged $400 as a total he didn't give us a brake down on parts our labor cost. When I went back to complain about the car smoking and the styrofoam they used they all suddenly didn't speak to english. They started speaking spanish telling me they didn't know who the owner was and they couldn't help me. I called and went there over 5 times and no solution they just wouldn't help me or speak english at the end. Do not believe these guys they are scam artist they band aid the problem and if you go back they do not honor there work. Never go to this shop not even if it was free.
