Terrible communication. They tell you one thing on the phone then when you get face to face they tell you something totally different. I drove 30minutes out of my way because I was told I could get items out of my car that was in the lot. When I got there they told me I couldn't get anything out of my car. They need young workers in there because they men that's working are way too old and obviously they forget what they tell people.

Fred, owner/manager, was very helpful when I was trying to get my rental car towed to the dealer during the bad winter weather we were having. We lost both sets of keys to this rental car, so towing it was a challenge. I didn't want my car to be damaged in the towing process. Fred was very knowledgeable and confident that his towing team could handle my rental car without any issues. I had spent all day trying to find a tow company who could competently tow my rental car and not over charge me since I was using my car insurance to pay for this. I found Ray and Wally's Towing ad in the Yellow Pages(paper). Ray and Wally's Towing are 200% better than working with any large Chicago Motor Club which I unsuccessfully attempted to reach yesterday. Our tow guy, Ray, was very competent and friendly. After all, Ray is the original owner of this business. Thanks again Ray and Wally's Towing! I'll be definitely be calling you again if I need a tow. And I'll tell my friends too.

Called for a tow and they were out and hooking up my vehicle within 15 mins. I got a call from the company on my cell when the driver left the place of business to come to me to let me know that they had a driver on their way, When the driver came he was very clean and the truck was also clean on the inside (you think it would not be, but it was) The driver waited to make sure that I was safe before he left with my vehicle. When I came to get the car. They had a smile on their face and the place of business was clean also. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a tow.
