Our project involved work in Estes Park, CO and included three owners, none of whom live in Estes. We began work with Rick and Linda England on the recommendation of a realtor and an appraiser in Estes. We have experienced timely and excellent service from England Surveying, both professional and cordial. Though the project is not completed as yet, I recommend this company and would certainly use them again should the need arise.

My family has some very old parcels of land that were divided in a rather odd way prior to existing code, and the parcel boundaries were in no way related to the structures on top of them. The parcels are located in a somewhat remote resort community - or rather, it turned out, just outside of that resort community. There was a bit of family volatility in play, or certainly potential for same. There were complicated easement agreements involved. There were attorneys, departments of community development at both the town and county level, utility departments, the need to obtain addresses ... we had no idea how challenging and complex moving the plat line was to become. England Surveying had the right combination of expertise, experience, and patience to help us obtain the long-sought-after amendments. Given that we have a somewhat limited understanding of what all there was to be done, we realize England Surveying did so much more for us than measure and draw. Like handling a lot of complex communications. We all know it was even more than that; and we also believe that it was largely the work of England Surveying that brought our project to successful completion (yay!). Without their help and dedicated follow-through, I am certain we would still be dealing with all of the challenges we had to begin with.

I've been working with England Surveying for over 15 years. During that time they have performed all varieties of survey work for myself and my clients. We have always been pleased with their work, and they never fail to come in on time and on budget. Highly recommended!
