Today I had the most horrible experience in my life from Jack Phelan Chevy in Lyons, Illinois(4000 Harlem). I experienced racism and sexism. The manager, , Martin Boryczka, was extremely rude and argumentative towards me. I received a letter offering to trade my vehicle in (depleted value and a total rip-off). I went in 10/21 but had to return today to complete deal. I submitted documentation, my down payment, waited for 4 hours, and took the new vehicle on a test drive. After 4 hours and completing application process, the guy who sold me the car told me that they won't accept my trade in. On 10/21, I was told that they would accept my trade in. , Martin Boryczka, argued with me and lied to me and told me that I knew but he wasn't present during the deal on 10/21. , Martin Boryczka insulted me, argued with me then called the cops to escort me off the property. No charges were filed but very humiliating and a total waste of my time.
