I wrecked my wife's F150 Ford pickup and sent it to this shop. When I was told that it was finished, I was told I needed to have it aligned. I took it to a Ford dealership for this purpose. When the mechanics inspected it, they said it was not road worthy. My insurance agent was called, he sent an inspector to review what the dealership was telling me. After the inspector reviewed the work that was done by this shop, he totaled my pickup because per him it was NOT road worthy. I have since had to buy back my pickup, have a new frame installed, new fenders, bumpers, have the cab braces straightened, all parts installed by this shop replaced, along with all the other parts that were install by this shop. This is costing me $15,000.00 out of my pocket as the insurance had paid this shop $14,000.00 to repair it. I was told by my insurance company, the reason my truck was totaled was the poor workmanship, cutting the frame, cab brackets, extending cab mounting brackets as the frame was still bent.
