IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I walked in looking to get my eyebrows just CLEANED UP. When I first walked in the ladies were rude and said sign in with a attitude. And when I walked out I left with a completely different eyebrow shape !!! and both of my eyebrows looks VERY different! When i called to complain the lady that did my eyebrows was also the manager and when I told her she did a bad job she hung up on me! Terrible service and a even worse job!!! Would not recommend to anyone not even my worse enemy unless they are looking to look stupid!!!

The hair dressers are always changing. If you get a bad one then it is really bad. If you get a really good one they may not be there again. Hard to tell what is going on with so much inconsistency.

Customer service is aweful! No one acknowledges you when you walk in! All they do is bad mouth costumers when they leave! And on top of that it seems like noone knows what there doing! I saw many haircuts walk out that looked just aweful! Worst experience ever!
