Bad medicine! This facility and its staff of indelicate and detached medical professionals perpetrate poor bedside manner. Their actions are offensive to their patients and to all caring doctors, nurses, and medical personnel in general. They don't take the Hippocratic oath seriously. They don't take the processing and prevention of customer service complaints regarding that fact seriously, either. Don't bother going to this hospital. They don't deserve you. You won't deserve how they'll treat you. I'm actively pursuing a civil rights suit against the hospital and its employees for negligence and negativity based on their collective prejudice against individuals protected under the Constitution of the United States. May justice prevail.

I would give this half a star if possible. The Dr. on call 3-23-14, the charge nurse, and the receptionist at the front desk were exceptionally rude and unprofessional to my daughter when she went in with a broken toe. She had been cleaning house and yard all day, and a wet vac had fallen on her foot. Being in bad pain, she had gone straight to the er. Her toe and part of her foot were bruised and swollen. The charge nurse came in and pointedly started spraying air freshener. The Dr. wouldn't even come all the way into the room to look at her foot. They had an x-ray tech come take a couple of x-rays, then soon after, literally stuck their head in the room and told her it wasn't broke, just bruised. The charge nurse then came and told her and her sister-in-law that one of them had terrible body odor! When they asked at the front desk for the name of the charge nurse, they were told that they couldn't give out that information. After they asked her to make sure, she called to the back and had an animated conversation on the phone, telling the charge nurse "no problem, I'll handle it". My daughter asked to file a complaint, and the receptionist told her they were out of complaint forms! I have never, in my life, seen Dr.s and medical staff behave so abhorrently to a patient! I WILL find out how to file a complaint on the Dr. and staff from that night!
