This place doesn’t listen to the customer asked several times not to put secret sauce on my Big Mac and it was covered with it

I have been twice thru the drive in and it is very slow. Today I drove thru and only ordered a mcmuffin and it took nearly 10 minutes. Uffff. Then it was not worth the wait. It was cold and stale. Will not be going back. Customer service was below average.

I came to mc Donald's to get a breakfast sandwich because my boyfriend was sick and needed me to wake up and go to the store for him I got here roughy at 2:29 and its now 2:50 im still in the line at the second window and I ordered one mc griddle and one sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. Highly disappointed the lady came to the window at 2:52 and said sorry he's cooking your egg ... Then I leave finnaly at 2:54. Seriously!!
