I am writing about a terrible experience that I had at the Veterans Memorial location.

I wish I could say it is the first…But it is not…

Abdul the manager states he is too busy making bagels, to give me a receipt for items I purchased.

This has been the 4th time, I have been given horrible service...Against my better wishes, I went to this store on Tuesday the 16th at approximately 4PM to purchase bagels for a meeting the next morning. I paid for the bagels and Chris the lead requested to keep the receipt so that the day manager was aware of my order...

.I was assured by the lead Chris that I would have my bagels ready at 8am on that next day. I arrived on the very next day at 8:10 and not only was I rudely treated by the manager. But by the bagel maker, a little wiry fellow. who just slung my food on the counter and walked away..."no here you go" or "foods up" ...just looked at me and walked away...My entire company has declared to not use this DD's for almost two years. We go to the one in Smyrna, because that service is somewhat better (not a lot). But at least I was able to get the food from them. Why are DD's notorious for terrible service. What happened...Why is this fair? and most importantly how would I get my receipt? It was a work purchase, therefore requiring me to present a receipt to my employee. How did this become such a mess? And why is Abdul the manager allowed to speak to me, terribly, provide me terrible customer service...and then tell me he is not going to do anything about it....

I would like the receipt for my purchase. I will also never return to this location to prevent any more frustration on my end.
