Provided by YP.comI am an artist, and have been doing my framing at Picture Frame Depot for about 10 years. During all those years I have had only positive experience.
When my art in art shows I always get comments on a beautiful look and quality of my framing (thanks to Picture Frame Depot).
Picture Frame Depot is a family owned business. They do outstanding job in helping customers with frame section for their art. Speaking about it from my own experience. They are wonderful people really customer oriented.
The fact that artists and galleries from other parts of the country ship their artwork for framing to them, and then the store ships it back to the clients speaks volumes about their customer service, and ability to match frames to the artwork.
This is very honest, and respectable business. Some time ago Nadia (founders daughter) opened a framing store in New York. Now the business operates from two locations. I have had an opportunity to work with Nadia as well. Nadia is dedicated to the business and her customers.
All of the Picture Frame Depot owners Arzina, Mawani and Nadia are wonderful, have good taste in frames, and dedication to their business. I wish we had more businesses like this one..

I WAS LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS TO RE-FRAME MOTIVATATIONAL POSTERS OWNED BY A INSTITUTION OF LEARNING. THE GLASS HAD BROKEN IN THEM THERFORE THEY WERE NEEDING TO BE REPAIRED. AS I WAS TRAVELING DOWN VETERAN'S MEMORIAL HWY ON SUNDAY JANUARY 11, 2009 I SAW A BIG YELLOW TRUCK THAT READ " PICTURE FRAM DEPOT" IMMEDIATELY I WENT IN AND SPOKE TO A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN LATER KNOWN AS THE HUSBAND. HE POLITELY TOLD ME THAT HE COULD HELP ME AND I COULD EVEN WAIT ON THEM...I WAS THRILLED WHEN I LEFT. I RETURNED ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2009 WITH ALL THREE PICTURES. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHAPE THE PICTURES WERE IN ALL I KNOW IS THAT THE GLASS HAD BROKEN ON THEM AND GIVEN TO ME BY MY BOSS AT THE SCHOOL. I PLACED MY ORDER WITH PICTURE FRAM DEPOT AND PAID A DOWN PAYMENT FOR THEM TO GET STARTED. I CALLED ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14,2009 TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE PICTURES FOR PICK-UP, I WAS THEN TOLD BY THE WOMAN OWNER :" I AM GLAD YOU CALLED. I COULD NOT FIND YOUR ORDER TO CALL YOU. WHEN THE GLASS BROKE ON THE PICTURES, IT SCARRED THEM AND WE NEED YOU TO COME AND LOOK AT THEM TO MAKE SURE YOU WANT THEM FRAMED." I REPLIED TO HER AND SAID I WOULD COME DOWN ON THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THEM. I WENT TODAY, FRIDAY, JANUARY 16, 2009 TO LET HER KNOW THAT MY BOSS HAD CHANGED HIS MIND AND FOR ME TO JUST PICK THE PICTURES UP. I WAS TOLD BY HER THAT THE GLASS AND THE FRAMES HAD BEEN CUT AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM. I SAID " WAIT A MINUTE, YOU CALLED ME TO LOOK AT THEM BEFORE FRAMING....SHE REPLIED VERY VERY NASTY AND ANGRY, YOU LEFT THE ORDER!!!! YOU SHOULD BE GLAD I CALLED YOU!!!!! YOU KNEW WHAT YOU LEFT !!! I THEN CALLED MY BOSS AND HE ALSO HEARD EVERY WORD SHE SAID AND THEN SOME!!! I ASKED HER WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO NOW TO BE DONE WITH HER AND THIS ISSUE? SHE THEN WENT AND DID SOME CALCULATIONS AND CAME BACK WITH A CHARGE OF $55.00. I PAID HER, SHE HAD A WORKER TO FIX THE PICTURES SO I CAN TRANSPORT THEM, HE PUT THEM IN MY CAR AND I CAME BACK IN TO EXPRESS MY DISGUSS TO THE HUSBAND BUT HIS CELL PHONE RANG, HE TURNED AROUND AND IGNORED ME. AS A MATTER OF FACT HE HEARD AND SAW EVERYTHING BETWEEN ME AND HIS WIFE AND SAID NOTHING.......AS I LEFT I CALLED THE WOMAN A NAME......SHE CALLED ME BACK ON MY CELL PHONE AND I HUNG UP ON HER..............VERY VERY NASTY LADY!!!!!!!!!
TO ANYONE READING THIS MESSAGE I AM NOT A PERSON WHO BASHES ANYONE, THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH PICTURE FRAME DEPOT........BUT THIS WOMAN OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF I HAVE MY CHALLENGES WITH DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS BUT NEVER I WITH MY CUSTOMERS. I TRY MY BEST TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THEM EVEN IF I HAVE TO TAKE A LOSS. THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR A WHILE AND EVEN MOVING TO A BIGGER LOCATION. I HAVE ONE LAST THING TO STATE, DON'T GET COMFORTABLE IN YOUR BUSINESS WHERE YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER FEEL AS IF YOU DO NOT NEED THEIR BUSINESS........WORD OF MOUTH CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOUR REPUTATION = BUSNE$$$!
I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THESE PEOPLE........BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
