Unfortunately, although the visual of the cupcakes look great, the service was horrible! I ordered a Livingsocial deal and called 2 days in advance (as the deal specified), e-mailed my order and the SUBJECT of my order was my pick-up date. I never received a confirmation or follow-up so I e-mailed the next day to check in. Still no response. I called the day of pick-up and NO ONE was at the store. I was told that they were out delivering and would call me when they returned..ONE HOUR LATER, still no one was there for me to pick up and the birthday surprise was ruined. We ended up having to eat pie at Bay Breeze. Just sad and unfortunate. If you dare to order from them, stay on TOP of them and be prepared to wait for them for hours. Just sad....

Jackie was more than accommodating and the cupcakes are simply AMAZING. They literally melt in your mouth. I will be recommending this shop to any and everyone. Top notch staff and an even more awesome menu.A+++ you've just gained a new loyal, lifetime customer!
