After coming to your store ot purchase a item that I had bought several times before I could not find it this time,after seeing a walmart employee with a name badge I approched the young lady and ask if she work there and she said she didnt wear the name bagde for the fun of it,I then asked if she could help me and she said she was on break while finishing off something she was eating,If she was in the break room eating instead of walking the floors maybe someone working could have helped me.After returning to work I tryed calling the store to speak with a manager twice,the second time being on hold for almost ten minutes with no luck.People like this should be approached but management needs to be there to help.
