Shipping arrived when they said it would; quality of the boots are outstanding. Customer service? They represent quality and prove it. Have to admit, I was a little nervous about over the phone transactions. However, everything went off without a hitch. Should they pique my interest in another purchase in the future, I’m reasonably confident I will have no regrets.

I wish you would let the public know if their item was not a good fit, they have to pay to send it back and pay a fee on top it for restocking !!I was a first time buyer and the last... if you want people to use your services don’t try to get the last dollar from them to make money that is when you loose them!!!

Love my new leather bag!!! In a time when ordering online can take forever, I received my order in 3 days. I was so surprised as to how much care went into the shipment. It was wrapped in plastic, boxed in a shipping box, wrap in another (very pretty) black and pink shipping plastic that read “Handle with care.” Thank you for caring about my item, Classy Crossroads!
