John Williams Plumbing showed up, didn't help, and left without a word. They just sat in the back yard for 34 minutes while the apprentice walked around the yard with a hammer and the plumber himself did not leave the truck. We called to have our water repaired and as we do not have water after their departure, apparently no work was done. Absolutely nobody deserves to be subjected to the laziness they call "service" and I would leave less stars if I could.

Unbelievable Company

We were not looking forward to major plumbing/electrical work at a REO house we recently purchased. Words are rare that describe what it was like with 4 guys all over the house for 5 hours. An extremely professional crew that did fabulous work as a team. They were prompt, quiet, courteous and cleaned up after their work. An amazing experience to say the least!
