Dr. Mike and her staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. We’ve been with her for over 20 years. They can handle pretty much anything that comes through their door. Dr. Mike was able to help our boy, Trooper who was diagnosed with MCT so we could have another few years.

These people are only for money they care nothing about a pet in pain there doors were still open they had 35 minutes before they closed and would not even look at my dog who was in really bad pain and would not let me touch him nor could he walk on one of his paws after I previously spent almost $300 with a contract with them and now they tell me it is only for his vaccinations. This place is a rip off. Facilities are nice and new but the caring that is shown in the commercial is only true for certain people pets.. Definitely not mine. What is so sad is I was asked how far I lived which would not have taken me 5 minutes to get there and then asked my name put on hold and after being on hold told me the Doctor. Was not available. In my profession which is medical as long as the professional is still in the building and it is not closing time and the doors are still open then they are available. Why ask my name and everything requested before a decision that I was not able to bring my pet. Yes I feel discriminated against. Yes I will file a report on BBB.
