I was lied to from the start. I was told they had all the permits to do the job but spent 9 weeks in a hotel at $400 per week plus meals. Jared Martin does not return calls and blames everyone else. There were many days when no work was done and he told me he can not control his contractors..I am still trying to get things fixed that are wrong and he is no help at all if you are smart you will not deal with him.

I purchased a home from them back in November of 2016. We were in our home by Christmas and were able to entertain the whole family. We had so many compliments on our new home and after six months of being here I'm glad we made the decision we did.

This was my first time purchasing a new home and I was a little scared of the whole thing. I was very satisfied with the whole process. They made me feel comfortable throughout it all. Thank you If I am ever in need of a new mobile home these guys will be the first ones I call.

I have purchased a few new mobile homes in the past 2 years. All from different dealers. I won't go as far as naming names. I went to Wayne Frier in Macclenny when purchasing my last home and what a great experience! I will No longer purchase another home anywhere else. There was a little delay on the delivery however Jared kept in contact to let us know when we were able to expect the home to be there. I know it was out of his hands at that point. To err is human but recover is devine... They done a great job and then some. Jared I want to personally thank you and all the staff. I will be back to see you for my next mobile home. I feel so much more at ease knowing there is a company that I can count to take care of the job.
