Justin the pharmacy tech needs more customer services training. I have never been rude to any of the pharmacy personnel. All I did was ask him to explain their policy to me regarding refilling my prescription. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and never have I talked to anyone the way he talked to me as if I was too dumb to understand. I am requesting an apology. I have already reported him to the pharmacist pat. I am requesting some corrective action and an apology to me.
