i have had both good and bad experiences here. Truck great. Charger terrible, They'll never touch another one of my vehicles. they're in such a speed rush, they don't pay attention to detail when lifting your car with 4 jacks. Improper placement caused damage to the right rear of my SRT8 Charger. The one time that car didn't go to the dealer, it gets damaged. I took it back, they rebalanced the tires (still a problem), got a better balance job at Chrome Customs wheels and tires. They completely ignored the noise coming from the rear wheel area. It has cost Me $742.00 ($900.00 for tires) at Medina Dodge, and I still have a noise. Something is bent under there just enough to be hard to find. You would think a business like that would use lifts. Totally displeased.

Great service! I had a problem with a tire while driving on the highway and took the first exit. Found the Diiscount Tire store in Macedonia. They quickly checked the tire, found I had a puncture, fixed it at no charge (althouhg had not purchased the tires from them), checked all the other tires, and sent me on my way in under a 30 minutes. I would definitely consider them when purchasing new tires.

We took both of our cars to Discount Tire in CO and always had a great experience so when one open in Ohio by our house we started going to them. Our experience at the Macedonia location has been horrible. We have gone in more than one set of tires and each time it is a run around on the cost. This past week we took our car in because there was a screw in the tire and while repairing the tire they broke the tire pressure sensor. It took over a week to get the part in and now they don't remember what tire has the broken sensor. We not recommend anyone to this location for their incompetence.

Ordered tires on line, took rims to store they put tires on rims, I took them home and put them on myself. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and very through in explaining the purchase and warranty. Very customer oriented and very fast service.

Would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning for all my tire needs.

Unbelievable. I went in because my tire was low in preesure. They fixed it, rotated my tires, offered me water and coffee, completed the job in 15 minutes, and never charged me a penny. Great guys! great service!
