I was a service man for over 30 yrs. ,it was a great experience to call into Holders Htg.and air conditioning at 10:00 am. And have my air back in working order by 12:45pm. I understand on a hot day like this one , you be fortunate to have service the same. Dan was knowledgeable and friendly, went right to work and diagnosis,cleaned, and found a capacitor dead. Fix and Done. Glory be to a good company and great technician like Dan. Vickie the receptionist was very polite and professional. Service like that is hard to come by. Sincerely! Mike Bondick.

I have have had nothing but good experiences with Jim Holder and his company. In 2012 we bought our house. In that winter our heater went out. I called every where for a flame sensor, but because it was after hours, no one was willing to sell me the part. They wanted to charge me for a inflated price and an after hours service call fee. My wife was pregnant with our first child, so I was about to bite the bullit and go with the cheapest quote, but Jim ended up getting my message and called me back. He personally went back to his shop and opened up his shop to sell me the part. This happened again a few months later with the ignitor. Since then, he has repaired our aprilaire and a few minor things. He has NEVER tried to sell me things I didn't need.
This past summer I made a huge mistake and payed dearly for it. We had lighting hit our house and blew up the furnace. We were leaving the next day and hired the 1st company that called back. They did a job that was outright criminal. I called Jim Holder to have him (or his guys) fix the problems. Jim address the situation personally. When seeing how bad of a job it was, he ended up going above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. He also was beyond resonable on price. I will NEVER have any other company service our house. I would recommend him to any of my family and/or friends. He runs a classy buisness and he is a class act.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from this company. I definitely think they are crooked and the owner was very disrespectful. They charged me 120.00 for a 30.00 part and then the service man told me I owed him an additional $20.00 cash for his time. His time consisting of me driving to the shop and picking the part up in the parking lot. That is like going to Kohl's and having to pay the cashier for ringing you up. Really disappointing, especially this time of year, what ever happened to people being honest and helping each other out. I am not sure how they maintain a business with such poor ethics and morality.

Our furnace went out during the night. It was -4 degrees outside. Inside, it dropped to 58 degrees. We called Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning. hoping We could get service on the same day. Jim Holder was at the housein about 3 hours,. He diagnosed the problem. Our 25 year old furnace was shot.. He arranged to have a crewget a new furnace & installed it within a few of hours. The new furnace works fine,. Very fair price , Outstanding Service . Great people.. I highly recommend Rockford Heating & Air conditioning... Thank You .. Chad

My furnace went in the middle of winter, and Jim got us squared away very quickly, and kept us from freezing!



Great work Jim, only heating guy I would use!
