In 2013 we introduced Sadie’s Ice Cream Parlor, named after Sadie who was awarded “Best in Show” at the 2010 Westminster Dog Show, and owned by hotel Chairman R.D. Musser Jr. and his wife, Amelia. The ice cream parlor features 24 flavors of Hudsonville Ice Cream, a Michigan-based company. In addition to traditional ice cream cones and waffle bowls; Sadie’s features milk shakes, sundaes, banana splits, chocolate hand-dipped cones, mini Grand Pecan balls on a stick, and a special Grand Sundae built to share and served in a dog bone-shaped bowl. Specialty Sadie’s gift items and merchandise is also available. his classic American ice cream parlor has been decorated by offers cafe tables and seating along with outdoor benches for seating.
