Provided by YP.comCommunication not honest here when visited. We were told that they would repaint apartment regardless and that typical nail holes and wear and tear were normal. Of our $900 deposit we were charged $957 all of which stemmed from misc $10 per charge. The charges are borderline criminal. As the tenants mother, who moved him out myself, and cleaned the apartment so I know exactly how it was could have eaten off the bathroom floor. Ex- $10 fee for removing 3 thumbtacks in wall, $40 to paint 6 nail holes (they were painting entire apartment for new tenants regardless), $10 air vent dirty on inside, $10 to replace light bulbs burnt out, $10 to paint two blue spots on wall. These are small examples of a laundry list of manipulated and exaggerated charges. If you plan to live here, at least prepare that your deposit is their fee.
