I had truck problem while in Macomb, which, is 90 miles from my home. Dad's helped with towing and, repaired my truck at a reasonable price. Dad's kept in touch by phone before making any repairs and, gave me accurate cost-pricing. They even phoned to assure me my daughter who drives the truck to Macomb was OK. "We will stand behind our work." Pleasant, honest and, understood a father's concern when daughter and truck were 90 miles away from home.

Extremely bad business. Did the oil change for my car and a quick inspection. I later on found out that they actually didn't check basics. Very unreliable business. I will not go there again!

Broke down 10 miles outside macomb on a Sunday on my way back from hunting in Iowa heading to Indiana. Dad offered to drive out and pick me up but luckily my car barely made it to the shop. Dad fixed her up and told me I would be able to make it home and told me the part I needed and bought it online for $30 instead of the $90 at autozone. Plugged it in and has driven great since. 5 stars.

I took my car in to have some electrical work done on my windows in September 2010. After having my vehicle for a week he told that he needed to order parts and wouldn't order without being payed up-front first because he "has been ripped off before." I payed him up-front $400 and waited a month before I called him to see about the part. He told me it would be there by the end of the week. I waited two weeks and called again. I was given the same story. This went on for a few months. Finally in November I asked for my money back. He was unable to give me everything up front and asked if he could pay me back in installments. Over the course of two months he made small payments and refunded $300 of the original $400 that I payed. He then told me that $100 was his "standard" charge for looking at a vehicle. He's a friendly guy and seems trustworthy, but after my experience with him I will not be taking a vehicle back.
