I have been with them for a number of years. When the branch manager was promoted and a new branch manager was named, the service has dropped a lot. I find her to be rude and unwilling to help. I dread going into the office to make my payments, which, by the way, have never been late. There is no explanation I can find as to why the current branch manager is so rude and stand-off-ish. I can't wait to be able to take my loan somewhere else.
