The manager of this store runs it in a very poor manner. Returns are not honored as they use to be, the employees are uncaring and will tell customers how mean this manager is and how terrible she treats them all, there is no reason for this to be told to customers, she must be pretty bad for several of the emplyees to mention this to a complete stranger when asked how come the service at this store has gone down so much in the last few years. they all give the same answer that their manager is such a @#$% that they cant stand working there and are just putting in time. And it really shows in the customer service and cleanness and general attitude of the store

This store use to be a nice place, but the last 4 times I have been there, the help are rude and do not care if you are helped or not. I have had a employee tell me,"it doesn't matter what we do, Rhonda will b**#!* regaurdless. When asking other staff for help they replied I dont know if we have that item or where it would be, and dont care. While there are a very few employees who still seem to care, they are few and far. Most are only interested in telling customers about how terrible their head manager(Rhonda Somebody) is to them, and how they dont care if the store goes down. It is a sad thing that one boss can ruin a great place like Walmart, which use to be one of the best places in Macomb to shop

Knowledgeable staff and very clean store

I had shopped at Walmart many years, spending at least $100 per week, About one year ago I lost a check while shopping at Walmart. Someone pickd it up and somehow purchased some goods and DID NOt sign the check. Or Walmart ran the check through themself when they possably found it. But then they callled me and said I had to pay this check, When I said no it is not signed and I did not make the purchases, they informed me they would turn it over as a bad check if I did not pay it. I hired a attorney there in macomb, and paid him a lot more then the check, Walmart could not get any check agency to take a unsigned check as a bad check, but to this day they say I owe it and have a bad check with them, The credit agencies wont take a bad report due to it not being signed, but Ronda Roberts was rude, would not listen to reason, said she did not care if I had another check for that day, or that I spent several thousand dollors there over the years, she said I stole the merchandize and puposly did not sign the check. I asked them to check the vidio, she said they did not have the video for that day, How convenent. I feel it is very unfair and wrong for them to hold an ansigned check against me.
