If you have childreb, do not take them there. Our 2 yr old had a temperature of 103 and wasnt drinking fluids. We waited over an hour and then was put in a room in another part of the center. They did not take her temperature or other vitals. The MA was rude and rolled his eyes at my 2 yr old Multiple Times. The assessment was subpar. They told us someone would be right in and no one came. After 40 more minutes we left. Please do not take your children there. They are obviously not a priority. We will be going to a pediatric urgent care next time. Hopefully this review will help other parents avoid such a negative experience!

1.5 hour wait to be seen, but it is the Holiday Season so it's going to be busier. Fantastic staff. Desk and nursing staff very friendly and helpful. Doctor was fantastic. Very very thorough. Gave me great information and explained things I could do to get better faster, what was in Meds, and when was best to take them. Explained in detail what she found in exam and what it meant. Very kind and friendly.

This place is the worst place to go to, 4 people in the waiting room and I had to wait 2 hrs to get in to the room. Another half hour wait inside the room, one dr. on staff who had no idea how to read an X-ray and send me to Beaumont hospital emergency for constipation because she had not idea how to read an X-ray. Go else where and save your

time. The staff takes 10 minutes to pull your chart and so that adds more time to your wait. That's not even having to update any information. Maybe the dr who works Tuesdays need to look up google to diagnose sick people. I would give then a negative 1 star if I could. STAY AWAY! Billing also gets hard because they have no idea how to bill their customers! Wow

After several visits, the PAs and nurses have been OK. However, the billing has been terrible. They incorrectly entered insurance information, incorrectly billed me, and have been obstinate about fixing the problem. I would not recommend them.
