We moved to the area about 2 1/2 years ago. Living in St Clair shores for 55 yrs where we had all our favorites places...favorite hamburger, chinese, fish ect. Moving here was a new adventure..looking for our new favorites. We had not found a good fish place yet and on the way to work, I had seen the sign on Romeo Plank...FRIDAY FISH FRY. Usually that means heavly fried fish....but we thought we would try it. I am so happy we went there...finally found our favorite fish place. The perch was perfect...not heavly fried in fact not greasey at all. However, we found much more. This is a family business and you are treated like you are part of the family. You know as soon as you walk in that you are welcomed. They are warm and kind and the service is excellent. We went back 3 Fridays in a row....noticing the same people (customers) were there..talking, laughing, mingling amoung the tables...almost like a hall party !!!!!!! The owners welcome you, Jerry sat with us for a while....Now my husband and I are thinking of taking up golf..(we never even talked about that before) I gaurntee you will not be disappointed...and I am sure the golf is great tooo.........
