These guys are amazing! My central air went out on one of the hottest days of July and they came to my rescue. I called them around 9:30 am and they said they would be there in about 3 hours which they were. Scott was very professional and informative. He assured me that they were not out to take advantage of anyone. Scott and Al came to my house and identified the issue within about 5 minutes. The price to fix it was extremely reasonable and they tackled the problem quickly and efficiently. They offered advice on how to maintain my a/c in an effort to extend its life. These guys are honest, good natured, informed, and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating and cooling repair and/or installation. A+ in my book.

I was in need of a new air conditioner, I called Finzel's and they came out that day and gave me an estimate. My wife and I were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of their products. We decided to hire them and we are sure glad that we did. They did a wonderful job and we would recommend them to everyone. They were neat and efficient. Thank you again!

I was in need of a new furnace. Being a single woman, i did not want to be taken advantage of, I called a few companies, one being Finzel's. Of all the companies Finzels' treated me like a person and never pressured me into a sale. They explained everything and showed me options to fit my budget. After considering what I needed to do, I decided to go with Finzel's and I am glad I did. They were professional and courteous to my home...they wore these blue booties as to not ruin my carpet...nice touch. Scott (the owner) went over all of the necessay paperwork and warranties provided and even registered them for me!
