Service its self wasn’t bad what is bad is we called ahead to make sure they accepted SpaFinder gift cards and they very clearly said yes! After everything was done they refused to take them saying that they don’t have a contract with them and that they won’t take the gift cards I’m so mad the only reason we chose them was because they said they took the gifts cards! Now I’m out 100$ and they are not getting a tip! Understood me just fine when asking and answering questions but when it came to money nope!!! I’m extremely angry! And I will be contacting Better Business Bureau

The people there were absolutely top knotch! I went in there today and everyone went out of their way to talk to me and offer me water, chair massage, warmer water, etc. They made sure my nails were perfectly dry before letting me leave and weren't pushy at all when offering other services.

Best of the best.I can tell you that. I love the classic Nails look and they make it look so perfect.

Went here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience , will be going back soon this may be my new favorite nail salon

Truthfully...they skillfully, promptly and fairly delivery an excellent service to our community. Prices are awesome, & clearly posted near reception desk. The decor is upscale & beautiful. Environment is good-hearted & friendly...i see ladies "tickled-pink" & loving the artwork on their nails so much, i just had to try it. YES! Magazine worthy elegance. French pink & white manucure is beautiful...and they have soooo many vibrant colors of shellac - very modern and innovative nail salon. Looove all of the people there, & the service is wooonderful !!! They could really charge more, yet they do not. No pressure for tipping, ever...thus i always tip. Actually, these people are sweet & saint-like...super nice always to my girlfriend & I, & others. Purified water bottles offered complementary is honestly creme de la creme service!

I am a very pleased repeat customer I absolutely love her nail designs the pedicures are fantastic and the employees are absolutely wonderful you can be a first time customer and they will make you feel like you have been coming in forever

Awesome nail place!!! Newly remodeled & clean. My nail tech is Emily & I have been with her for 2 years. I have been to many, many salons & techs and found Emily !!! I won't let anyone else do my nails. She is very sweet & friendly. Her nail technique is very meticulous.

I've been coming here for over a year and they always do a nice job no matter which technician I get. Yes they are quiet but I've never had anyone be rude or seen anyone be rude to another customer. Terry to understand the culture difference people. The place is clean and is one of the better places in the area.

Rude, not friendly, sarcastic, did a bad job, did not even say bye or come again. I'm not going back.

I have been going to Nicole for about 3 years now. I use to live right around the corner from there but I moved about 20 miles away and I still go drive there. I would not go anywhere else I love it. The staff is very friendly and Nicole does an amazing job on my nails. Would not go anywhere else. Love it love it.

I have been a faithful regular and decided to quit going. Not very friendly and not welcoming taking my business elsewhere.

I feel that Nicole is a fantastic artist! Her ability is above and beyond any nail tech in the area. I have been going there for 3 years....and completely satisfied!! Thank you Nicole!!

Not the best place in the nail business! Nicole is never overly friendly and mostly talks in chinese to the other staff rather than attempting conversation with her customers. It's always akward when you first walk in because she talks so quiet. Her ability to do shellac nails is above the rest however, and that is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Her husband Ri has a very different technique and his shellac nails don't look as nice (french manicure) and the don't last longer than 4 days....not worth the $$. My advice, if you're going to go there, make an apt with Nicole....and bring your ipod!

I went there for the first time today, Ri really took his time and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the cleanliness as well. I am super picky about nail salons, and I would definitely go back!

have been going to Nail Connection since 2007 and I love it there. The staff is friendly and polite. I've been going there so long it's like visiting a friend. Nicole is like a girlfriend as well as my manicurist. The rest of the staff is equally as friendly.



I like that they are always adding new products to try. When I moved here from California in 2007 I couldn't find a salon that offerred glitter tips for nails. I told the owner about it and she ordered glitter powder for me! Talk about service! If you want something different I say try the glitter tips! The silver is really pretty and not over whelming....perfect for a fancy occassion.
