i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseThis place has been a nightmare for my husband, He has experienced very poor customer service and car service maintenance, customer disservice is off the charts. Not to mention you have to deal with 5 people and wait for details like on a price... etc. Since he has bought his 2008 Range Rover back in December of 2011, he has dealt with everyone who works there and all have been very rude and unbusiness like conduct from the manager. The car has been repaired and taken in for service over 6 times now and every single time the same problem has not been fixed! It has always been a temporary fix! Disappointedly, this is a 40,000 car! Never deal with this company. Poor service, poor communication, poor responses! Very unsatisfied . I will be sharing this with family friends and co workers. Needless to say My husband and I were thinking of purchasing a 2013 Range Rover Sport Suv for myself but will surely be looking for something else !

Had a very good experience with Tim, and Wendy when I brought my '05 Jaguar in for service today, Tim was very thorough with explaining the problem and giving me various options. my car was washed and vacuumed. Julia Lanoue

He went way out of his way to make sure this deal did not die. He kept me informed of every detail and his attitude was stellar.
