I ordered 3 cases and paid $35 which was taken out of my account immediately on Oct 3rd...still have not received my cases. They won't return my emails and can't find them by phone either! What a ripoff!

My daughter used my debit card to order3 cases over a month ago. Took payment out immediately however still no sign of cases. When emailed just receive the same robo email. I don't rate them anything at all.

Ordered my cases April 3 2015 still haven't received my order the status is still unfulfilled I've emailed them quite a few times the refunded me 16 dollars... Which was barely half my order I flipped out on them they keep telling me they don't have the means to send it to me... What do you mean you don't have the means I paid for shipping and for 4 cases it's getting a bit ridiculous DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF I COULD GIVE 0 starts I definitely would!!

It has been over a month and a...

It has been over a month and a half since I have placed my order. Apparently they DO NOT care about customer satisfaction or even customer reviews. If you go to BBB and look at the score, you will be in shock as I was. I would normally do better research before dealing with people like this. BUT.... the cases were soooo prettyyyyyyy. Yeah, they got us... VERY good eye appeal.... I applaud you mister website builder, you apparently have gotten even the best of us. I will revise my review if and when I get my cases that I have already paid for.

I ordered a phone case on March 18, 2015 and its now April 27th and I still have not received it. I have emailed the company multiple times and have not gotten a response yet. They took the payment for the case out of my account right away though. I wish I saw these reviews before I placed my order.

Got my order - took 3 weeks. I order a glass screen protector which came to be broken and shattered, I emailed them asking for a new one to be sent and what do they do - they sent me a new case. I emailed again, because they don't give you a phone number to call - that was 4 days ago and have yet to hear back from them. I just realized that their warehouse is not too far from where I love so I may just have to drive there on my lunch hour in order to get results.
