I was nervous because i had not been to a dentist in a long time, and didi not have insurance, when i arrived the staff made me feel at home and miss Tiffany explained exactly what was going to take place, i received a thorough exam, and was told exactly what the cost would be. My first exam and x-rays were FREE ! and there were NO surprises or hidden costs. Dr. Hendrix is superb and i am extremely satisfied with this office. I am now a regular customer. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL !

This place has the worst customer service of any medical office I have ever used. They told me the wrong appointment times, didn't have an appointment on record when I showed up, and tried to overcharge me. I was also misinformed over the phone about how, when, and what I would be charged, so I showed up to an appointment expected to be charged at the following appointment, because that's what I was told, only to be told that $400 was due that day. And, lastly, they refunded a certain amount to my card, which is great, but I am unsure why. When my husband called to ask, they said they would look into it and get back to him. They didn't call him back that day, so he called them the next day and was told, "That happens sometimes when a patient is charged for an exam they're not supposed to be charged for, it's probably okay." When my husband asked them to look into it, they said, "I wouldn't worry about it," and did not look.



The nurses and doctors were nice and the facilities were clean, but I will never go back because it is simply not worth the constant hassle.
