Very poor service. Waiting now for someone to call me back to cancel a back order placed July 11th. I've called 3 times and have left messages but have yet to get a call back. If you have to order items, please do yourself a favor and purchase them somewhere other than Buckhead Uniforms in Macon, GA.

Some of the worst service ever. Takes forever.

Ran across town with my son 7/22 to have him try on uniforms and order his uniforms. Paid over $190 for three short sleeved polos with school logo, 3 pair of shorts and 1 sweat shirt with school logo. Felt so great getting this checked off the back to school list! Attempted to call them today, 15 days after I paid and ordered, since I hadn't heard a word. Tried on and off for nearly two hours. No answer! No ability to leave a message either. Tried customer service number numerous times. No answer but did leave a message about 11:30 am. No call back. Finally, someone answered at the Macon store! BUT she was unable and unwilling to check to see if order was ready. Said was busy sewing on logos for another school and there were a lot of customers in there. I pressed her for a time frame for follow up call back. She said she didn't know. Pressed again for end of day. She couldn't promise that either. School starts Monday, 2 business/school days from now and I needed to know if my shirts were in! Logos required! I didn't have the luxury of time! Thankfully Embroidery Plus saved the day and they had one shirt with logo in stock and ordered the other 2 for pick up tomorrow! Obviously I ran back out to Buckhead for a full refund of all I purchased 7/22, even shorts. Nearly empty by the way!!! On way there, I heard back from the manager that my shirts were in fact in but it was too late then. In the long run, a blessing. All items much less expensive at Embroidery Plus and right up the street!!!
