The business does not stick to their word. I was a beginner at Crossfit and never really got the attention I needed to progress after the month long initial workout classes. A meal plan was promised to me and after asking about it every week for 2 months, I never received it. The music selection at the facility had some songs that degraded Black/African Americans and women. Not Cool! Would not recommend Crossfit Tao for nothing!
