I wouldn't even give them ONE star, but since it's necessary for feedback- there it is. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Let this serve as the warning I didn't get. I came in around the beginning of June and paid for one month in cash among other things- lotions, samplers, etc. They told me I needed to update the card on file per company policy, so I did. I also told the girl at the Mercer Village location (which is now closed?!) that I'd be moving to Pensacola August 1st and I didn't want a contract since they don't have ANY locations there. She said she understood and would take my cash for June and go ahead and pay for July with my card and then I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Well, imagine my surprise to find out August AND September has been charged $55!!! When I called they told me there's "nothing" they can do about it. They can't even cancel it this month and prorate it. What kind of business is ran like that? One that has to shut down locations, that's what. I will fight alongside American Express to get my STOLEN money back. Do. Not. Trust. Thieves!

I WENT JUST FOR A ONE TIME VISIT WHEN I HAVE A CONTRACT SOMEWHERE ELSE, BY TANNING SALON WAS CLOSED TODAY, AND I PRINTED A COUPON OFF THE INTERNET, THAT LET ME LAY FOR FREE AND I LOVED IT!!! WHEN MY CONTRACT RUNS OUT AT MY SALON, THAT'S WHERE I AM GOING!! THE GIRL WAS VERY NICE AND MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOMED!!! THANKS!!
