This place is absolutely bad business. I call for a quote for 2 French braids for my daughter and she said it was $45 for two braids going to the back. It was done horribly and was coming apart the next morning even though I tied it up. The next day I called to get it redone and she agreed and that she would use hair gel this time. When I arrived the lady pull out a big jar of black gel and start spreading it all over my daughter hair. I told her looked a mess and that made it worse. She starts fussing at me saying you should have tied it up. You don't treat your customers like that after they drive twice all the way there and pay their hard earned money. I'm very upset

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in to get an estimate on the cost a week before hand so that there would be no surprises. She quoted me 200 and take five hours. I called during the week before my appt and asked what additional cost it would be to take my weave out due to my lack of time. I agreed to the cost. When I arrived for my appt she did not have the color I requested, the shop was extremely hot, the tv volume was extreme on a french speaking channel, and she was working on another customer. I waited on her to finish that customer then after I had already taken out the entire front of my head she told me to finish helping her after I paid for her to do it. Okay so then after my hair was washed in a tote(plastic container), she started another client's hair that I had to wait to finish. Finally at 1045 I told her that I absolutely could not stay any longer and that I would have to return the next day. I called the following day to let her know I was on my way and she told me that she was with a customer and to come back in 4 hrs. Yes I made the mistake of paying in advance. So it took 2 days for my hair to get done. A total of 9 hours just the first day. When I complained about the treatment I received I was told that she had been in business for seven years and I should have gone elsewhere. WOW...WHAT PROFESSIONALISM
