Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NOT USE AGAIN! Charged me for a valve job to a cadillac that was to include a full tune up then two weeks after the car shut off on me and i almost got into a car Accident!
Mr. "Cory.Willis2"(who called himself George Arnwell at our business) did have an engine valve job performed on his vehicle. On the day that Mr. Arnwell was to pick up his vehicle it was determined that it had blown a fuse which caused the vehicle to stop running. At that time, it was close to the business closing time. We placed a "self resetting" relay in the vehicle at no charge and advised Mr Arnwell that we could try to diagnose the problem but since we were about to close he would have to leave the vehicle or bring it back. Mr. Arnwell did not leave it or say that he would bring it back. He simply stated that he had replaced the fuse a few times in the past. Three weeks later Mr. Arnwell has his vehicle towed to our business and wants to know why it stopped running. We explained to him again about the fuse that was blowing and shutting the vehicle off and that we would be happy to fix it for him for an additional charge. Mr. Arnwell thought that we should fix the fuse problem at no charge. However, since this fuse problem is not related to the engine valve job we would have to charge him to fix it. If Mr. Arnwell or "Cory Willis" would like us to fix the fuse problem we would be happy to, for a nominal charge.
