The same for me. The treatment from the office staff has made me to scared to call for help about complications after surgery. I was called by someone who spoke so fast I couldn't get a word in. I wanted to ask questions about meds and severe headaches but couldn't! She said what she needed to say then said umm, ok buh bye! Then hung up! Didn't ask about the patient, if I had any concerns, nothing.

i can't grade this mans office on his work but I can tell you his office staff is the most unprofessional people I've ever met in pediatrics. I didn't even bring my child just after the conversations on the phone and their nasty attitude. Told me the doctor wasn't in and that he worked only 2 days a week and that they were only by referrals (which I had) and when she kept trying to keep me from making an appointment she said he'd review the X-rays that I had at a later date and get back with me! My child's doctor called and they told them someone review his X-rays and he needed to come back in 10 days to get a follow up X-ray, by this time I had already found an ortho doctor to see my child. When I saw the doctor at the other office I found my child broke his fibula in the growth plate and needed to be in a cast not a splint for 6-8 weeks. I wouldn't come to this office just because of the staff....who reviewed my child's x rays without the doctor in????? If I could give a -* I would've
