At GSA we feel that the best way to train for an endurance sport is to focus on short, intense anaerobic workouts; therefore enabling the athlete to remain functionally competent in other areas of fitness and excel in the endurance sport of choice.Our focus is to increase intensity and eliminate unnecessary training volume. Individual workouts can be made sports specific, and fits seamlessly with the explosive & strength based methods which focuses on midline stability.
