Unfortunately my daughter's very expensive prom dress was taken here and was ruined! I called the manager today and she took NO responsibility. I said my daughter's dress should have been treated like a wedding gown (as expensive as some). She said wedding gowns are run through the machine too, not cleaned by hand! Says something quite different on their web site. I would not risk cleaning your wedding gown here, that's for sure!
