There was a live knat crawling around in the broccoli casserole. We notified the server who took our plate to Stan. Stan said he couldn't do anything. He never approached us, never apologize, didn't offer to reimburse us, not a decent look of sympathy, Nothing! The server was kind to apologize but her hands seemed tied. Silly me I just expected common courtesy, Stan!
