After living in ATL for over a year and a half, I see that this location has sent my bill to collections. I had spoken to the manger at the time before I moved about moving out of area and about my card being lost during packing and was told it was okay and there was no follow-up on it. On my account was my email and my number, to which the location never tried reaching me on before sending my bill of nearly 1K to collections a year and a half later. This location is convenient because it's downtown and 24 hours, but they have such a high turnover rate I assume they slack on training for the workers there. Please ensure this doesn't happen to anybody else in the future, and properly train your associates please.
