They Lie on their web page. It says they have 24 hour security which is a lie. They have no security and when you need them they don't help you. I called the office a 3am because the person next door had the TV as loud as it would go. The person at the front desk told me all she could do would be able to do is call the room. I called the front desk 3 times and she told me he was not answering his phone and all she could do was to keep calling his room. She said she could not leave the office because she was the only on in the office. So when I asked her " I thought you all have 24 hour security" she said no they do not have any security. Yet their webpage says 24 hour security. I told the clerk that I had to get up a 6am to go to work and her response was " all I can do is call his room" . So I told her that I was going to call 911 and I did. 911 connected me to the sheriff's dept. The deputies came out and banged on his door and he would not answer so the went to the office and called the room then finally he turned the sound down on his TV. He is in his room right now with the TV loud enough to where I can here it through the wall. I am not going to wait until 3am tonight if he decides to turn it up louder. I will not hesitate to call 911 again. After this week, I will not be staying here ever again.
